Pros: **Learning Environment:** Amazon provides a fantastic learning environment with access to cutting-edge technologies and tools. I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact customers. **Mentorship:** The mentorship program is robust. My mentor and team were incredibly supportive, always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. **Culture of Innovation:** Amazon fosters a culture of innovation and encourages employees to think big. It was inspiring to be part of such a forward-thinking company. **Work-Life Balance:** While the work can be demanding, I found a good balance between work and personal life. The company respects personal time and there are resources available to support well-being. **Networking Opportunities:** Interning at Amazon opens doors to connect with a vast network of professionals across different teams.

Cons: The pace and expectations can be intense, which might be challenging for some. It's important to manage your time effectively and stay on top of your tasks. * **Onboarding:** The initial onboarding process was somewhat overwhelming due to the sheer amount of information and tools to get familiar with. A more streamlined process would be helpful. * **Bureaucracy:** As a large company, there are layers of bureaucracy that can slow down decision-making processes at times.

Pros: - Good work-life balance - Occasional free meals - Great team members - Nicely written code - Great pay

Cons: - Bad manager - Lots of technical issues - The structure is too rigid (leadership principles etc.)

Pros: Very good company to work for. The people are very friendly and helpful. The technical problems are very challenging and exciting.

Cons: Maintaining a web service can be stressful at any time. People can be paged at 3:00 am to fix a pointer bug.
