Pros: Good career progress and total compensation is very competitive.

Cons: Their performance management system is the worst in the industry. They rank the employees in an org, and every year they get rid of a percentage from the bottom. The ranking is now done solely by the managers, and there are almost no safeguards or additional checks in place to avoid abuse or misuse. Many inexperienced/incompetent managers end up ranking based on their emotion/perception at the time of the review process, without looking at the data throughout the year. This horrible process creates unnecessary stress in employees.

Pros: The salary is good, which I liked.

Cons: Tension of being laid off

Pros: Great pay and decent benefits.

Cons: Really hard-working culture. Expected 65 hours a week minimum.
