The process begins with a coding challenge on a platform similar to CodeWars. You have a time limit and two exercises. You're asked to solve them optimally (I recommend solving by brute force and then refactoring if you have time).
The next stage is a phone screen, a telephone interview where they ask technical questions and give you a coding challenge. You have to describe your code step by step, and the interviewer guides you but asks difficult questions about your code.
Finally, there's the on-site interview. I didn't pass, but I know it's normally a 4-hour interview with 4 people asking you about different things (mainly programming concepts).
