First Round Technical Interview

• Questions on data structures, algorithms, or role-specific skills (e.g., React for frontend, Django for backend).

Second Round / System Design / Advanced Skills

• For experienced roles: system design, architecture, scalability, databases, APIs, security, etc.
• For freshers: more DSA or project discussion.

Managerial / Behavioral Round

• Soft skills, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving in real-world scenarios.
• STAR method (Situation–Task–Action–Result) is often expected in answers.

Final HR/Offer Discussion

• Culture fit, benefits, salary negotiation.
• Timeline for onboarding is discussed.
