The interview process consisted of three rounds:
- 1st phone interview: Assessed background.
- 2nd round: A technical assessment and a workplace survey.
- Final round: Three back-to-back interviews covering technical and behavioral aspects.
Overall, it was a standard interview process except for the last round. It's a lot to go through in a single day. Hopefully, they have learned how overwhelming that is and how unnecessary it is to do the same interview multiple times.
