Pros: The people who work here are often extremely dedicated and smart, and are content with less while doing more. Some of those people are pretty good role models, and in general, everyone is pretty helpful and kind.
Cons: Work-life balance depends on the team you are working on. I have seen people who work all their weekends, and I have seen people who barely work their hours.
Also, in general, the company does not invest in its employees much; this is Amazon's frugality at play. You get the bare minimum to get your work done and nothing more, unless you have a very good reason to need it. So, don't expect much in that aspect.

Pros: Learn a lot, good mentoring, and coworkers are smart and nice. The pay is okay but not at industry standard.
Cons: Extremely fast-moving, intense management style, crazy deadlines. Stay away.
