HR reached out, introduced the following interviewing procedures, and gave detailed preparation directions:
- Phone interview: 1 coding + 2 LP, usually graph-related by my experience. Besides coding, communication is also important. HR will tell you what to emphasize.
- There is no need to know too much about the group you applied to; this round usually tests your general engineering ability.
- 4 interviews in a day by a specific group.
