I applied through a LinkedIn recruiter who sent me an email and required me to finish an online assessment within two days of receiving it. The OA took me about two hours.

The recruiter did not mention the assessment beforehand, so I had to change my plans entirely to complete it.

The final interview had four rounds. Two of them included a shadower. Furthermore, four out of the six people I met appeared grumpy that day.

One interviewer simply asked me to complete the coding task alone and left, offering no communication throughout the process. They only returned at the very end.

In the end, they extended a lowball offer, a level below all the other offers I received this year.

I am not applying to Amazon ever again.
