Process
The LP process is frustrating. It seems they don't prioritize programming skills. Instead, they focus on their LPs, which feel entirely irrelevant. I wrote my code in 20 minutes. The interviewer then asked an LP question. Based on my answer, which reflected my complex employer and process, the interviewer had no clue about my work or the process I described. Because they lacked understanding of my experience, I was rejected.
