Pros: My team and manager were good. I learned a lot.
Cons: Upper management failed us all during the layoffs. They kept saying no layoffs until one fine day we were just laid off. The "LP Earn Trust" could be thrown into a dustbin.

Pros: Encourage and support employees to be leaders.
There are some brilliant colleagues who are really good.
Most managers are pretty experienced and high-caliber.
Cons: Can be stressful at times. This depends on the team/projects a lot. Some (1 or 2) colleagues could be hard to get along with, and they could make the team environment toxic if their seniority is high.
