I had an initial screening with the recruiter. He was very helpful in explaining their interview process. Their hiring process is very intense, and after talking with me, he gave me all the necessary tools to prepare for the coding meeting.

I decided not to continue because during the interview with him, I realized that Amazon is not what I was looking for.

He did give me feedback on my background and interview process, and that was extremely helpful for me to land my current job.
