Process
This is a pretty typical Amazonian interview. You'll receive an email to conduct an online assessment. This will involve taking a test on HackerRank to check your technical skills, followed by two shorter quizzes on Amazon's own platform. You'll have one week to complete these.
The technical test consisted of two questions. These were typical for technical tests, with the twist being that they were set in an "Amazon" context. You have 90 minutes total to complete it.
The two shorter quizzes are:
- Decision-making at the Amazon workplace
- A personality quiz
Just review Amazon's Leadership Principles, and these quizzes won't be too difficult.
