Pros: CloudWatch is a service with very high customer and TPS, so it's very interesting to work on it and understand how to design a system to handle super high TPS.
Cons: Bureaucracy is very high, which can feel toxic.

Pros: Pay is reasonable.
If you’re super strong technically, it’s a good place.
Cons: Hella tons of work to do. They don’t care about WLB or the learning process because they want “ownership.” They just give you a deadline and ask you to finish. If you can’t, just pip.
