It was a nice experience, but I didn't understand the reason for rejection in the phone screen interview round. I gave an interview for a front-end role and implemented the solutions right. It's also a lot of luck which will play along with the knowledge you have. All the best to you guys.

Pros: Work culture is over-hyped, but it's not that bad. They were very understanding and allowed you to work from home a lot.
Cons: You get to do pager duty. Initially, they expect you to be on-call during vacations, etc. Amazon doesn't have vacations for Thanksgiving or New Year's.
