This is a much better way to drive business than being competitor obsessed. * Leadership principles drive how we do business and shape the culture. They simplify the expectations from each employee and from each other. * It's a very supportive system to make you successful at your future job. * I get up to 90 days to train and get my certifications before doing any externally facing work. * There's a lot of investment in my development, which will pay off for the company in the long term, as I will be an effective employee who can represent the company, its culture, and its services. With the recent announcement of Amazon's commitment to reach zero-carbon by 2040, 10 years ahead of the Paris Agreement, it shows why Amazon is the right place if you care about the climate and a sustainable future for everybody. Amazon will drive its carbon from every part of its business and cause ripple effects across many industries as a result. I love being part of this change.
