I did not pass the online assessment, which consisted of a HackerRank test, a 'leadership test', and a personality test.
It was a bit strange because I managed to solve the problems on HackerRank, but still did not pass and did not receive any feedback.
Perhaps I failed the leadership test, who knows :)
There were two problems on HackerRank, both fairly easy. You have 60 minutes to complete them.
The first took me about 2-3 minutes, and I can't say I'm especially talented in algorithms.
The leadership test offered a bunch of different scenarios and asked what you would do in that situation. Regarding that part, I'm not sure what resources I would recommend for training.
Overall, the process was interesting, but I really think they should give out some feedback, as I still don't know where I messed up.
