Pros: Pay is decent, but Jon's security sucks. So, what's the point?
Cons: This job will slowly but surely push you to a dark place. They simply don’t care about the employee. Management makes it clear you are just a cog in a giant wheel. They hire H1B, work them to death, and expect the same from you.
The entire PIP program is dumb; it’s pretty much perform or leave. Very archaic company with WFH policies. I wish nothing but the worst for this company.

Pros: Great to work on products which impact millions (or billions) of people.
Lots of smart engineers and access to various perspectives.
Focus on the customer is a priority, and it's fun to interact with your users.
Comp is above average.
Work-life balance is actually good, which is not what I had heard before joining.
Cons: Some of the internal engineering tools are homegrown and focused on scale over usability.
There can be a lot of on-call depending on your team and the criticality of the product.
