The HR left, and no one from the hiring team contacted me, even though I cleared the OA. I tried reaching out to the team, but no one is responding. I can’t believe a company like Amazon can do this.

Pros: - Innovative and progressive thinking company.
- SUPER strong culture; it permeates through the walls.
- Will push your comfort level boundaries and force you to grow professionally and personally.
- Fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts - never was bored!
- Exposure to some of the smartest people in the world.
- Ability to get involved across teams and gain visibility at levels that are unattainable at other similarly sized companies.
Cons: - The work tends to grind you into the ground; the burnout rate is quite high.
- Lots of churn: new people on new teams on a pretty frequent basis.
