Process
The first step was an online assessment, including LeetCode-style questions (two questions) and a short workstyle section. This section used a scale of 'agree' and 'disagree' for statements about yourself or your beliefs.
The second part consisted of two back-to-back technical interviews. Both interviews featured a LeetCode-style question and behavioral questions.
The process took six months because they did not get back to me with results after the online assessment and only reached out six months later.
