There's an abundance of helpful information (almost too much sometimes!).
An environment that allows you to pursue your own goals within the company.
Established processes for career growth.
Cons: Currently, Amazon is having layoffs, as are all other big tech companies it seems, which is a bit unnerving to hear about. My team has not been impacted though.
