The process was very quick and easy. I was asked to complete a programming exam, followed by a behavioral exam. The behavioral exam simulated different office situations using video clips and asked how I would handle specific scenarios. After completing these exams, I was offered an interview. A few days later, I received a rejection.
Besides the normal interview questions, such as "tell me about yourself" or "tell me about a time where you could have done more to work as a team," there were also technical programming questions.
Two were on a pre-screening exam, and one was during the interview. All three were very tough.
Even though I only passed half the test cases on the pre-screening test, I was still offered an interview. However, I couldn't solve the problem during it at all and wasn't offered a job afterwards.
