Process
I received an email to complete a coding problem on HackerRank. I can't remember the question, but I remember you could pick which programming language to use for the coding challenge. Unfortunately, I did not pass this round.

Great team members and dynamic environment
Sr. Solution Architect • Current Employee
Remote

Pros: All team members are willing to help you out.
There's an abundance of helpful information (almost too much sometimes!).
An environment that allows you to pursue your own goals within the company.
Established processes for career growth.
Cons: Currently, Amazon is having layoffs, as are all other big tech companies it seems, which is a bit unnerving to hear about. My team has not been impacted though.
