Pros: As a new college graduate with a few months of experience in a different firm, I can definitely say that I learned a lot in AWS and getting help from senior engineers is effortless. Overall, it's a great place to develop lots of skills in software engineering.
Cons: I've only been here for a couple of months and can't point out a con yet.

Pros: Great pay! Also, I really only ask for 40 hours a week.
Cons: Occasionally, like any company, you can get a bad manager. If so, move! Internal mobility is pretty good.
