Process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.

Very good process, always transparent about all KPIs, recommended for everyone, excellent, I would do it again, however we could not reach an agreement for both parties. Friendly and sincere.

Pros: I come from a startup background, and the agility, team spirit, and motivation of each person on the AWS Startup team are truly energizing. It's hard to believe, but the talented people I met changed my vision of this company!

Cons: Lots of in-house tools to get to grips with. This is probably a negative side effect of the agility of thousands of people who are encouraged to create the tools their team needs.
