Pros: There is collaboration between all departments, and everyone is helpful. Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth. Always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't there as you work 10-12 hours.

Pros: A lot of honesty and clarity, but it depends on the hierarchical level. Ask everything you want before accepting the job and try to identify your superior.
