I applied online and went through the following stages:
- One online assessment.
- One phone screening.
- Five virtual onsite interviews.
Some preparation around Amazon's Leadership Principles was required. Questions weren't necessarily about my CV, projects, or work experience. There was a strong emphasis on the STAR principle for answering questions, which candidates should prepare for.
