Amazon and AWS treat candidates very badly. It is one of the worst places to work for work-life balance. Amazon salaries are low compared to other technology companies.

Aced the interview.
They referred me to another division and asked to repeat the interview; they have no concern for candidates' time.
And no response.

Recommendation: Don't waste your time with Amazon interviews.
