As it was a customer-facing role, there was a lot of focus on communication in addition to technical questions.
Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and smart. It seemed like a great environment and team.

Pros: Great pay and great WLB. Being a leader in the space makes some sales happen naturally without working hard for it.
Cons: A bit of complacency and lack of learning opportunities, as AWS is a market leader with brand name, and many customers have already been using it for years.
