Process
The recruiter scheduled the technical interview for the first round, followed by the loop interview within approximately three weeks. The interviewers explained their preference for responses in STAR format.
I was not selected after the final round, but the recruiter did not provide any details.
It seems they do not respect interviewees' time. If they provided more information about specific tech skills, interviewees would be able to improve those skills before applying for their next position.
This hiring process was terrible. There was no response from the recruiter even after two follow-up emails and a courtesy call.
