- Lots of training.
- Wide and varied challenges.
- Progressive company, always looking at factors that affect their employees.
Cons: The lack of micromanagement can sometimes mean you feel a bit lost.

Pros: Great culture, a very engaging and challenging job, and the team is spectacular.
Cons: I've entered recently, so I do not have a complete picture to enlist cons. The only thing I could complain about is that since security and confidentiality of customers are taken so seriously, you might be restricted from using fantastic software from other competitors that might store information on other clouds. But most of the time, there is an equivalent tool that is approved.
