- Amazon invests in you a lot.
- Strong internal processes.
- Data-centric company.
- Passion in the eyes of every single employee.
- So many high-skilled colleagues.
Cons: It is really hard to maintain work-life-education balance because your job is not only hard but very interesting also. Self-organization and time tracking skills are a must.
