Process

I applied online. The process took 1 week.

You are given an online assessment which takes about 100 minutes.

In the first part you are given two LeetCode problems with 70 minutes for both questions; questions are about medium to hard level.

In the second part you are given a simulation of getting emails and responding from a set of options, choosing the option which seems most fitting to you.

In the third part there is some kind of a personality test that asks you to rate from two statements which one you agree with most. Questions seem to be repetitive, and sometimes both options are bad, such as:

  • “I work hard but sometimes hardly work”
  • “I don’t need to review my work as I’m sure there are no mistakes”
