Pros: Challenging projects that helped me grow,
supportive mentors who were always available,
flexible scheduling for interns,
exposure to real-world codebase,
and strong emphasis on collaboration.
Cons: Onboarding could be more structured. Some tasks lacked clear direction at first. There were occasional delays in receiving feedback, limited opportunities to explore different teams, and not much long-term project ownership.
