The interview process was pleasant. In the beginning, there were behavioral questions signaling about the leadership principles, then some technical questions at the end. Also, they asked me some questions at the end for which I had no clue what they were asking.

Pay to interview effort ratio is optimal.
Cons: - Sometimes your team won’t look out for your best interest as an intern.
- Other times your manager will ping you at 8 p.m. (during an internship, mind you).
- Lastly, Amazon hires so many interns it’s hard to stand out for Quant/Unicorns when competing the following year (this only applies if you’re not in your penultimate year).
