Process

The interview process consisted of two online sessions:

One focused on corporate behavior.
Another on coding challenges.

The coding portion was well-structured, featuring two LeetCode questions that were fair and relevant. The technical assessment was appropriate for the role.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable and the interviewers were professional. However, the corporate behavior session was excessively long at two hours, which felt unnecessary and could have been more concise. The lengthy behavioral component made the overall process feel drawn out.

Despite this, I would still recommend the company for their thorough evaluation process.
