Process

The multi-stage interview process began with an online coding assessment. A week later, this was followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. Both of these initial stages consisted solely of technical questions.

After passing these, my recruiter scheduled my onsite interview loop for just two days later, which I was extremely grateful for.

The onsite interview loop consisted of five one-hour interviews:

  • A mix of behavioral (STAR) and technical questions, including debugging and work simulations.
  • One interview focused on system design.
  • Another interview comprised only behavioral questions.

Just over a week after my interview loop, the recruiter called with a verbal offer. The entire recruiting team was very communicative and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
