The interview was conducted via video. I answered the questions, but was unable to re-record the video. A face-to-face interview would have been much better.
Later, there was a phone interview with questions about AWS. The questions were not too difficult.

Internal transfers are available only within locations that have a team.
Remote work within the country is still not available.
Volume of work can be high but manageable. You need to learn how to prioritize work.
Amazon is for people who take ownership. You need to enjoy taking over responsibilities that might be out of your scope or role.
You are responsible for your own promotion. You need to present and write your own documents.
You need to look after your own career development path. Managers will not tell you what to do.
