Rewarding work, you get to see the results of the work you put in (building with AWS).
Management that promotes ownership of your work and is flexible on your requirements and needs.
Team members are very helpful and all willing to mentor.
PTO and vacation packages are very weak. Amenities are being lost due to struggling market conditions, even though AWS is performing well.
In terms of high-level leadership, it would be nice to be able to keep the perks introduced to us early on as opposed to losing more and more perks over time.
