RTO sucking the life out of the company
Very high pay and total compensation package (equity, health benefits, etc.)
Morale is in the toilet after continued RTO and layoffs. Honestly, I do not know a single person who is still enthusiastic about working at Amazon. The promotion path is extremely difficult, even after being ranked as “Top Talent”.
