Don't join the CMT team at Amazon
If you end up having a good manager, then you will have good growth.
There are no downsides to working at Amazon, but there are downsides to working on the CMT team.
There is no sense of work-life balance, and the work you do has literally no value if you have to add it to your resume. Rest assured, if your manager is bad, then you will never see the light of day and get ready to face politics.

HR reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an online assessment, where no camera or audio was captured. The level of questions was relatively difficult; I could only do one or two questions and did not get a call back.
