Four rounds of interviews, excluding the HR round. They offer high pay. The interview process is a bit difficult. The company is spacious, with day and night shifts. At the entry point, there are cabins where the interview process begins.
Senior Solutions Architect
Phone screening, discussion with HR. Tech round one (90 mins, tough interview) - full technical, leadership principles, architecture, design. Loop with 4-5 rounds (grilling rounds).
