Standard interview loop. Spoke with a recruiter for 15 minutes about my overall resume. Then scheduled an interview for two weeks later. This was with an L6 manager for the team I would be working with.

This was a two-part interview. First, I took a pre-assessment to determine eligibility for the actual interview process, which was LeetCode style. Unfortunately, I did not complete the assessment in time and thus was not given an offer.

Tell me about a time you used innovation to solve a problem. Tell me about a time when you took a calculated risk. Tell me about a time you had to handle a crisis. Tell me about a time when a team member wasn't pulling their weight.
