BAD MANAGEMENT CULTURE
Lots of good process exists on paper.
On ground level, no good management support or framework exists. Management lacks taking ownership, team handling skills, and respect for employees. There's no real focus on the L&D (Learning & Development) part, resulting in high attrition.
Serious focus needed on L&D, Team Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Bias for 'REAL' action.
