Amazon lives by their leadership principles. This is the first company I have worked for where I have actually seen the leadership principles in action. Every day, decisions are made based on these. They put the customer first and design work patterns based on customer needs. They make sure the employees have the resources they need to be successful. Amazon empowers their employees to always do what is best for the customer.
I have been with Amazon for a year now. The only real downside is that everything moves so quickly.
