be able to have contact with different industries and different technologies.
This was the worst company I have ever worked for. The culture is extremely toxic, and the directors and managers justify it as customer obsession. The goals set make you work between 15 and 17 hours to fulfill everything you need. In terms of the market, the company is wonderful, but in practice, everyday life is hard.
Stop fostering a toxic culture; you don't need it. Remember that it is the employees who make the company, not just you, the directors, and managers.
The test is demanding for interns, but it is a valuable learning opportunity. I noticed strengths and weaknesses and recognize the importance of continuous improvement to reach the next stage.
The first stage begins with a technical challenge of algorithms. The second stage is an interview with another technical challenge and system design questions. The third stage is the so-called interview loop. It consists of 4 sequential interviews
Very clear and well-established process. Marathon and time-related questions are very possible. Interview posture is very consistent with what is expected from a large company. I loved participating and will try again.
