Flexible Hours, Growing Workload
It is a great entry-level job to gain some experience and expand into other areas. The managers were quite flexible and supported us if we wanted to change to other departments. The working hours were very flexible, and it was a friendly environment.
Many benefits, including:
- Sick days
- Doctor visits
- Moving day
- etc.
There were a lot of changes going on, and we needed to keep up with the workload increasing constantly.
Not so much autonomy, as we had to follow everything India was doing.
