HR policy is really nice. The work environment is very supportive and positive. The leadership team is also supportive of the associates.
The monthly performance review process for employees is worse. This is where overachievers feel bad about themselves at some point in time. Every team across Amazon should have the same criteria for performance evaluation, which is not the case.
All teams, whether Tech or Non-tech, should have the same criteria for monthly performance review. This is when everyone will be able to raise the bar.
