Good Atmosphere, Stalled Promotion
Nice work atmosphere, not much work pressure.
Promotions are deliberately delayed with lame excuses. It took almost three years and 4 months to recognize my talent. Though I was given half-yearly and quarterly awards, I was not happy with that as those were given to silence my voice against asking about the irregularities on my due promotion. Hence, I quit the job silently to search for a job that can genuinely help me in my growth process.
You must share production and quality scores with employees on a monthly basis, irrespective of whether the employee asks for the scores or not. As a manager, it is your duty to share the scores with your employees and proactively help in developing their career growth. Playing politics will backfire on you one day. So, please be kind to employees and genuinely work towards the betterment of their lives. Don't give false hope and promises.
