My team had an amazing chance working like a startup. We picked up problems and found solutions through various trials and errors. We had a great learning curve as a team.
Not so good facilities by them. Transport sucks, and the canteen sucked. Now there is an Amazon Campus. Guess food-wise, they have better canteens now.
Management claims to be flexible with timings and work from home, stating they are not regular corporate companies. However, when senior managers change, the tables turn around entirely. They choke you down and make you feel like running away.
