Culture in the support team used to be awesome for people to learn and grow. But it changed to be purely and extremely metrics-driven since late 2018.
I had four back-to-back interviews. The first one was with the Engineering Manager, focusing more on culture fit. For the last three interviews, the first 15 minutes were dedicated to general questions about my resume and a technical interview. It
1. OA 2. Psychometric 3. Online 3-hour interview split into three 1-hour slots. Roughly 2 hours of behavioral and 1 hour of technical. Very time-consuming, but if you are motivated and intelligent, you should be fine.
